After 35 years as a Division I baseball coach, Randy retired after the 2024 season and created The Coaches Club to help coaches establish a network of coaches and stay connected, keep learning, and growing.

“After a 35 year career in the Division I college baseball industry, I retired after the 2024 season. My career included being a volunteer assistant, a “restricted earnings” coach, hitting coach, pitching coach, recruiting coordinator, associate head coach, and 3 different stops as a head coach, where I also had to hire people to fill all of those positions. Because of those experiences, I have a great understanding of what it takes to be successful in all of those roles on a coaching staff. I feel like any success I experienced in my career is because I was fortunate to be around and learn from some great coaches who were willing to help me and teach me how to be successful as a baseball coach. Featured Coaching Discussions
The highlight of the club will be the live Zoom discussions with Randy as the moderator and a high-level coach as his guest. There will be a total of 10 live Zoom discussions per year, running from August through May, held on or around the second Monday of every month. There will be no Zoom discussions in June or July.

What is The Coaches Club?
The Coaches Club is the first network built exclusively for college baseball coaches — a place to trade ideas, get advice, and learn from coaches who’ve been where you are. No club like this exists in baseball today. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been in the dugout for decades, you’ll find coaches at every level ready to share, teach, and grow alongside you.
Who can join The Coaches Club?
The Coaches Club is open to college baseball coaches at every level and stage of their coaching journey. You don’t need to have decades of experience—just a desire to learn, share, and become a better coach.
What do I get with my membership?
Your membership gives you access to a community built specifically for college baseball coaches. Connect with coaches from across the game, exchange ideas, ask questions, get practical advice, and learn from experiences that can help you become a better coach. It’s a place to build relationships, expand your knowledge, and advance your baseball coaching career.
How much does membership cost?
There is a free 30 day introductory period.
After the introductory period, a recurring monthly payment will be charged to the member’s credit card based on their selected membership level.
Once a member signs up, they remain a member of The Coaches Club until they cancel their membership.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time. Once canceled, you’ll continue to have access through the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged for the next billing cycle.
